Born in 2019 in the heart of Moroccan lands, Ard Wa Samaa ("Earth and Sky" in Arabic) is more than just a beauty brand. It is the story of a family passionate about nature and committed to well-being. Since 2008, we have been cultivating our own aromatic and medicinal plants on a farm spanning several hectares, thereby respecting the principles of organic farming and exemplary eco-responsibility.

If "Ard Wa Samaa" could be told, it would be summed up in one word: "Quintessence". We draw from the plant kingdom, the offspring of the mineral kingdom, the secrets of biological life. Our allies, the plants, with whom we cohabit and share our planet, offer us a precious line of support against the daily aggressions of our environment.

Our company is committed to providing you with flawless traceability. The cold-pressed vegetable oils and essential oils we offer are all produced within our production unit, directly on the Ard Wa Samaa estate. All of our products stem from organic farming and adhere to the strictest rules in the field.

The Ard Wa Samaa Estate

Named "Ard Wa Samaa" (Earth and Sky), our project is the first of its kind nationally and in Africa. It consists of three industries linked by common denominators: ecology, environment, health, and well-being. Our hotel unit will house an eco-boutique hotel environmentally friendly in every detail of its design and future operation, an innovative organic agriculture in terms of design and technology, as well as a plant processing unit for essential and oleaginous oils.

The Factory

Established in 2019 on a several-hectare agricultural estate and maintained since 2008 amidst the Moroccan lands, south of Marrakech and at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, Ard Wa Samaa aims to be organic, environmentally friendly, eco-conscious, and innovative.

Our Industrial Site is located in the southern outskirts of Marrakech (Al Haouz province) and comprises:

Several hectares of orchards and aromatic gardens.
1,200 m² of land dedicated to the production unit.
742 m² of factory powered by solar energy.
155 m² of drying greenhouse.
A 1000-liter still.
9 full-time employees, including 5 to 6 daily workers.

We make it a rule to always use products cultivated on Moroccan soil, reflecting our desire to share the values of Moroccan local products by ensuring their optimization without forcing nature in its order and virtues.

Certifications

We make it a priority to be certified by Moroccan and international organizations to valorize our products:

ONSSA (National Office for Food Safety) Certification obtained on June 16, 2020.
EACCE (Export Certification) obtained on December 3, 2020.
TrueBioOrganic (Organic Certification: land, products, and processes) obtained on July 26, 2021.
